Stainless steel kits feature an oversized channel with pre-punched outlet, allowing self-selection of outlet position before cutting down to size upon assembly. Kit contents include channel section, grate section, 2x end caps and outlet extender. See our guide to kit components for more info

Linear drains require only one gradient fall, while floor wastes require a four-way gradient fall. Linear drains also allow for larger format tiles and hobless shower designs.
Stormtech products are made from low embodied carbon 316 stainless steel, low embodied carbon anodized aluminium, and certified Best Environmental Practice PVC.
Linear drains sit above the waterproofing layer. Waterproofing must be installed by a qualified/ licensed professional.
PVC kits are lighter and easier to cut, while stainless steel kits are recommended for outdoor use due to greater durability under UV and extreme conditions.
